Where The Journey Began

Early Years &
Foundational Leadership.

Long before coaching became part of his professional identity, Isaac was already discovering the values that would shape his future.

At Maris Stella High School, he was actively involved in the St John Ambulance First Aid Competition Team and served as Treasurer of the Student Council.

His dedication earned him a Certificate of Merit. More importantly, the guidance of his teachers and seniors introduced him to leadership, responsibility, teamwork, and peer management — lessons that continue to influence him today.

“Leadership starts with learning how to serve, listen and grow with others.”

Still Learning. Still Growing. Still Giving Back.

Beyond the Water. Into Life.

With every student coached, every person mentored and every new experience embraced, another chapter is added. The goal remains simple: to share what he has learned and help others discover what they are capable of.
